Project Supervisor Job

 

Job Summary

The Project Supervisor oversees daily site operations, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering specifications and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and quality.
  • Conduct site inspections and safety meetings.
  • Report project updates to the Project Manager.
  • Resolve site-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of construction supervision experience.
  • Knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings.
